Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a salary of $80,000-$100,000/year based on experience, with relocation assistance available.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions and maintain accurate documentation using Raintree.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and preventative care.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure.
