Job Description

Position: Family Wellness Therapist

Focus: Utilize family preservation techniques and trauma-informed treatments to support children and youth in staying with their families during safety concerns.

Location: Colorado Springs area

Salary: Starting at $58,660 for candidacy and up to $66,660 for bilingual licensed professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support caregivers in creating safe environments for children (0-18 years).

  • Engage caregivers in treatment by identifying barriers and connecting them with services.

  • Collaborate with families to set treatment goals.

  • Assist in keeping or reuniting children with their families.


    • Requirements:

  • Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.

  • DORA registration for therapy.
