Job Title: Full-Time Contract, Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)-Louisville, KY Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team for a Full-Time Contract opportunity in home health. This position requires a dedicated professional with at least one year of agency home health experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to patients in their home setting Complete accurate and timely documentation using Oasis and Homecare Homebase Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Typically on-call one weekend per month Compensation: Mileage reimbursement at $0.48 per visit Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and territory budget If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and meet the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply today!
