Job Summary:
The Associate Clinical Manager is responsible for direct supervision of all BCBA’s, Behavior Specialist’s, or BCaBA’s and oversight related to performance, quality, compliance and operations of all Behavior Services at assigned Autism Connections locations. These services include: ABA, Behavior Consults, and community outreach/trainings.

Job Qualifications:
Master’s Degree, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Ability to supervise staff in a manner that promotes staff growth and development, as well as a positive culture and work environment.
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferred.
